By accessing or using the empowerKind platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Trust and Verification

All organizations and individuals creating campaigns on empowerKind must undergo our verification process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of your account.

Donors acknowledge that while empowerKind performs due diligence, donations are made at the donor's own risk.

3. Campaign Responsibilities

Campaign creators (Causes) are responsible for the accuracy of their project descriptions and for fulfilling the milestones they define.

Creators must provide documentation and updates as requested by the platform to maintain their verified status.

4. Fees and Payments

Donations are processed through third-party payment providers. Platform fees are disclosed at the time of donation or campaign setup.

All donations are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of proven fraudulent activity or platform technical error.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the proper working of the site.

6. Limitation of Liability

empowerKind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
